Our first Border Collie came to us in 1998. Sierra, pictured right, turned us on to the love of the breed. My passion in conformation started when my mother got us into Junior Showmanship and we were able to finish Sierra, an ABCA working bred dog we bought off a local farm, with her AKC conformation championship. I breed for a versatile and biddable dog, we have several offspring currently titled and competing in agility and obedience, but conformation will always be my own fun hobby and passion that I will compete in. I combine imported conformation lines with American working lines, but first breed for health and temperament. I thrive on breeding a Border Collie for it's true and natural instinct and working drive and I continue to promote a working type Border Collie in the show ring, and am very thankful to the judges that will recognize a true Border Collie. We breed a lower key type of dog that will always excel as a family companion as well, they are biddable with work ethic but have great off-switches.
